Same for me. I also do not approve of Israel occupying the Palestinian territories, but I do support Israel's right to exist.

I voted against Zionism, simply because i am against imperialism and imposing minority's well over the world. That's being said, i am neutral when it comes to Palestinian/Israeli conflict.

That's a fair enough position. The Palestinians deserve self-determination too. I think within a confederation with Israel personally (see my peace plans).

Yes, we would assume he's against an Islamic state in Egypt because of the Coptic minority too then.

I am against any theocratic state. I think there should be a rigid separation between state and religion. But again i only care about my country's interest and i don't think we (Egyptians) should get involve in your conflicts as long as Sinia doesn't brought up as a substitute state for Palestinians.

I support Zionism because it is the place where the Jewish people have the longest history and there has always been a Jewish presence there however small. That might be irrational, but there it is.
