Well... The "Indigenous peoples' association" is a bunch of butthurt folks who are still crying about colonization. A few Kossovars, Crimean Tatars and Romanian Hungarians represent Europe right now, with some Lezgians in the fringes of Europe, a bunch of Sami and other indigenous Uralic folks in Russia too, but there are some European "indigenous" folks outside of Europe too!

Clearly the controversy loophole is to start an indigenous people's organization for whites, and sue minorities for colonizing and enslaving Europeans in their native land. It isn't even really a loophole.

Given the current refugee infestation and the lack of inclination on the part of the refugees to keep it in their pants, indigenous Europeans may very well become a minority in their own homeland by the end of the decade.
