BIELLA - Un barista di Biella è stato denunciato per ingiurie e violenza privata con l'aggravante della discriminazione o all'odio etnico per essersi rifiutato di servire il caffè a tre giovani nordafricani che si erano seduti ai tavolini all'esterno del suo locale. Secondo le dichiarazioni di R. M., 54 anni, il numero di clienti nordafricani dalla primavera scorsa era andato via via crescendo, mentre le consumazioni al suo locale hanno incomunciato a diminuire. Gruppi di una trentina di extracomunitari occupavano i tavolini del suo bar-gelateria per l'intera giornata consumando solamente qualche caffè.

La comproprietaria del locale, E. O., 44 anni, ha cercato di allontanare tre nordafricani dicendo che la macchina del caffè era guasta, ma questi hanno fatto notare che per gli altri clienti la macchina funzionava perfettamente. È intervenuto R. M. dicendo che non aveva intenzione di servirli cercando inoltre di togliere le sedie sulle quali i tre erano seduti. In quel momento è arrivata anche un'italiana, convivente di uno degli stranieri, che alla richiesta di una bottiglietta d'acqua e di un cappuccino si è sentita rispondere che le sarebbe stata servita solo l'acqua. Ne è nata una discussione che si è conclusa in questura dove gli immigrati hanno sporto querela facendo così scattare la denuncia per frasi come «il caffè non c'è per voi, per colpa dei vostri paesani marocchini che non pagano io certa gente non la frequento e non la servo», e «non ti do niente, questo è il mio locale, faccio quello che voglio, andate via, voi avete la testa calda».

The title says "Too many foreigners at the cafe , barman refuse to serve them (3 north africans) then they press charge on him also for hate crime.

The other bartender (a woman) try to persuade the 3 men that the coffee machine were out of order so they would have better leave but they noticed that the machine actually worked and well with the other costumers

We finally made it , my region's Cabinet has approved a law that allows people to get welfare only if some requirements are satisfied , before this our regional welfare was a free for all system , it was enough to live here for getting the same treatment even if you were an illegal or someone who didn't pady any taxes locally.
Now to get subsidies for the rent and the first house mortgage you need 10 years of residence in Italy of wich one in Friuli Venezia Giulia (the Regione) , to get the family card at least 8 years in Italy of wich one in the region , to get enlisted for public housing ten years in Italy of wich at least 5 in the region plus other minor stuff...
The leftist opposition cried racism , there's been also some tension among the center-right majority where 2 lines , the moderate one sponsored by the catholic centrist UDC and the the most nativist one sponsored by Lega Nord , with PDL in the middle , well in the end the 3 parties reached a compromise that goes imho in the right direction , the welfare has to be redefined along nativist lines , I hope this is just the first step.

Avere il bar pieno di marocchini che cazzeggiano tutto il giorno non deve essere bello, solidarietà al gestore ma purtroppo non si può fare così.
