It depends of you define and count blonde, "real" blonde hair is defiantly not as common is anywhere in England as Scandinavian places.

Regardless! I’m not saying that England is fully as blonde as Scandinavian lands, it’s pretty obvious it’s not. Scandinavians have a much higher ratio of pure blond hair than the English as a whole. All I said was that there are parts of England which are comparable to Scandinavia. This doesn’t take away the fact that Scandinavia has the highest ratio blond hair regardless of definition ( pure or mixed types) in the world.

Stop there. The Welsh have the highest ratio of dark hair ( dark brown to black tones) than the other British and the Irish as a whole, but they don’t have the highest ratio of dark eyes. It’s South - West England is the darkest - eyed. The Welsh also have a very high ratio of red hair (10% to 15% regardless of definition). By discrimination, the Welsh were just solely painted as the darkest of British, but it’s more complicated than that.
