I haven't played Forgotten Empires specifically, but in Age of Kings my favorite civ was Vikings, for obvious reasons.

Also, on any water map, the longboats are definitely OP.

I have Forgotten Empires downloaded. I've still never played the HD version, only because I don't have a computer that can handle it.

I've always played as Spanish and Vikings.
