Permission groups have been created for these and are available for use.

Loki has shown me how to create the groups on the forum and am doing it myself now. BUT he still needs to approve the banners before I create the groups. I have submitted the other banners and am waiting for a reply.

The Italians must please come to consensus about what they want.

While I do appreciate Musso's kind concern and work, I think the Turkish banner he made is too striking with bright red background and huge letters. Hence, I'd like to suggest a replacement with the common type of banner on transparent background:
