Prague was 2 time the capital city of H.R. Empire (seat of Charles IV. and Rudolf II.).
In 1348 was there established a university, sooner than in Vienna (1365), or another city of nowadays Germany and Austria.
in 1364 was established university in Cracow (Poland) and in 1367 at Pécs (Hungary).
