Don't know,this guy,though he is definitly not very dark,rather gives me a typical Lebanon vibe.

I don't know what you find so exotic about Lebanese,alot of them look white/caucasoid but slightly
different from Europeans.
They are from another branch of white people which split of into Asia at an early age in mankinds history.
And developed separatly from European whites.
So to say Asiatic whites.

Lebanese Muslims have minor French/Norman ancestry from the Crusades, as well as a small amount more genuine Arabian ancestry, but Lebanese Christians are purely Levantine.

Some could fit in the Balkans including Greece, and to lesser degree, Central-Southern Italy. One individual would fit well in Iberia. The rest would seem completely out of place.
