Some white blonde girls have very tiny face and giant eyes, mostly from southern England. But anime is pretty infantilized as well so a normal ukraine girl cannot pull off that look without extreme surgery. And it still doesn't look right on them, the face part is too big and long.

The eyes for that japanese girl still aren't big enough. I would post a picture of my ex girlfriend to show a real 'living doll' but I don't think she's approve. But it's a similar head shape to the redhead you link, the thing is they have larger eyes and smaller face, very small face. Looks very cute but is pretty rare to be very completely like anime girl. They also have the upturned cinderella nose. It does exist, it's just extremely rare to get a girl that looks like that, probably only a few in England and Switzerland here and there. The ukraine girl just has too long of a face she'd have to have crazy surgery to make it happen.
It's called pedomorphism and it seems to be what humans are evolving to. On the other hand guys like me are what humans are evolving from, very heavy bones, large heads and faces and large, deeply recessed eye sockets. I've seen a few natural blonde English actresses somewhat similar but none as extreme as her.

Another one who had extreme surgery done. Well it's their own body and they can do what they like with it so long as they're not harming anyone else, but my personal view is that it looks plastic and freaky. I don't find it attractive when people look so fake and artificial.
