Unlikely. Many West Africans have the yellow tinge to their eyes which this boy has as well, there would be no reason to photoshop because unlike whites most African blacks see blue eyes as an anomaly not a prize trait among people.

How can you tell or are you just speculating . They are real pics 100% get over it. All blue eyes are mutations, even on Caucasians. The dominant hair and eye color world wide is dark brown.
