I don't disagree with you, but I question the point in using words invented by our enemies that are deliberately obscure. How do you prove why exactly someone did a bad thing to someone else? How do different motives have any relevance to the harm done? If people are arseholes, and hurt someone, they need punishing. Straightforward enough. Why make it more complicated? The law should never have strayed into this absurd arena. But it has, and we have the Marxists and co. to thank for that. I somewhat agree, although I think the law strayed in to that arena to discourage discrimination overall. Anyway its not always easy to prove the motivation behind an attack and many of what may seem as hate crimes are more often than that not proven as such. I've yet to decide on which side of the issue I stand which is why I didn't further venture, I was arguing based on the logic of our opposition

I'm sorry, I should have expressed myself much better, I didn't want to make it seem like a common occurrence. I'm just saying its something that has happened before. I know a French boy who has gone to study there for about a year and he has had problems with these skinhead people in the subway before. He has some pretty hilarious tale about how he managed to avoid a beating LOL!

This is Marxist race theory and it has the game rigged if you ask me. They define the terms now. What bullshit. No one who has not taken a class or a read a book on Marxist race theory has no idea what the hell this concept about "you can't be racist towards Whites" is all about. Just about everyone takes the term racism to mean the belief that one race is superior than another or that one race is inferior to others. Or maybe even more generally "hatred towards another race".

Fuck'em, I say we start re-defining terms too so that the logic only works in our favor.

Funny thing though, if I were to move to Japan and I faced discrimination there I would technically be a victim of racism. The politico-race theorists would have to grudgingly concede that this was the case, but I think they understand that this is not an example that is seen too often and therefore they can safely ignore it.
