All states are secular, you can't be more or less secural, you are, or you are not.
I said it many times, most popular politican among Bosniaks is Zeljko Komsic, atheist from Catholic family.
I personally am not his fan, but that doesn't have anything with his religion beliefs.
There are many Christians in Europe that we are more secural than them, we don't have any party with term "Islamic" in name, while there are around Europe "Christians" parties.
Why didn't you make thread about them how much they're secular

I don't know too many people from the ethnicities you counted, except Turks. I've been in Turkey for educational purposes(exchange) and most Turks I met were quite modern and secular. I've travelled Western, Northern and Central parts of Turkey, Turks from Central Anatolia are a bit conservative but even they are quite more secular than the "Muslim" stereotype in our minds.
