    No unfortunatly I have to buy it in the supermarket. If I would have the appropriate oven, skills and time I would certainly bake it myself.

    My ancestors were even bakers of bread. My surname proves it

    That is very interesting. I know that you can dry fruits is such ovens, and in the bread you do not put sugar.

    Yes its definitly more healthy as all organic food. Bear in mind that in industrilzed food, which includes bread all kinds of preservative ingrediants are added which are definitly harmful for the health on the long run.

    I am king of baking bread but I use a more "modern" oven. It's quite old though so for some it would probably be seen as antique.
