It doesn't exist anywhere. Pipedream created by Freemasons and woshipped by the sheeple who believe in the Republicanist status quo.
On a mild surface, everything seems to be smooth and running on a great performance, but I've noticed that there is certain 'invisible' barriers between certain ethnicities that won't get along, or in a soft manner, they will dislike/exclude another ethnicity from their inner circle a second or third party, and I'm talking about european ethnicities relationships with one another.
About the non-european members, they get treated fairly most of the time, and if they're serious and have a certain attitude that fits to them, it's rare that they will come along any issue, however if otherwise, they will be the target of trolling or they will be sometimes made fun of.
The community tends to be a bit homophobic, I admit I used to be one myself, but I've been reflecting lately and I no longer want to be an obstacle to such persons, who are we to judge their choices anyways, if they don't damage us, let them be.

I think sometimes the staff needs to stay out of other peoples business or be more tolerant and not take part in stupid fights regardless of their own background. Ive seen a lot of staff posting pointlessly mean things to their "enemy nationalities" boards and such- Super lame.
