I have an aunt who looks very similar to her. It could actually be her, as I haven't seen her in years. She lived in Japan for many years, and it crossed my mind that maybe she took a trip. Of course, it could be a pure Mongolian who looks like a Karelian Finn.

I showed the picture to my kids, and they immediately said it looks similar to their grandma (my mom).
