Pardon me, that is indeed what I meant, of course. If you wanted to get specific there are actually various terms such a hebephilia for people attracted to pubescent (but not post-pubescent) adolescent, the girl in the OP would probably appeal to either them or ephebophiles (people interested in just-post-pubescent people).
