From my experience, almost all romanian diaspora is delusional when it comes to gipsy percentages, so please ignore this dviz guy.
There's no way they're even today below 10%, they're probably 12-15% living in Romania, and I'm not counting the massive gipsy diaspora in UK, Spain, Italy etc... and with the average romanian woman making 1 kid if even that, at 30 years+, and gipsies still making 2-4 you can tell that in 2 generations or so they'll be the majority.

Hardly that Gypsies will always kept high birth rate, because modernization penetrates among them as well. They probably have lower birth rate today than few decades ago.

The best example how modernization reduces birth rate are Albanians in former Yugoslavia. Until 15-20 years ago they had significant higher birth rate than Serbs and other Yugoslavian constitutive nations, and today there is no much difference. In communist Yugoslavia Albanians had very high birth rate for European standards, and their number has increased several times compared to their number in Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

Here where i live for example in mega markets among several dozens people mostly there is no any Gypsy, or sometimes 1-2 can bee seen. But in casinos and betting shops they are often more present than what is their share in population. I have seen several times how Gypsies beat brutally their small children or younger brothers/sisters in the middle of street, with shouting and cursing. In Belgrade there are some places where Gypsy women and girls are prostituted for small money, and members of their families are involved in that - usually their brothers, fathers or even husbands are macros of that females. I know for case of Gypsy couple, woman was over 1 year in diaspora without a husband and when she returned she was pregnant. He organized celebration for the his future child, regardless he knew that he can't be biological father. Such behavior is normal for Gypsies. Stealing is also usual/normal for Gypsies. Several times in previous 1 year Gypsies stole parts of the contact network on the railway on line Belgrade - Novi Sad (it's quite fast and modern train who drives since 2022 https://thenutshelltimes.com/2022/03...-soko-express/), and the line was slowed or temporarily suspended because of that. Gypsy thieves could have cause a huge tragedy, the train could have derailed and fell into the Sava or Danube for example and that a lot of people died. In one settlement near Belgrade exist Muslim Gypsies who are Wahhabi, once they smeared the fence of one Orthodox church with shit. It's only small part of Gypsy subhuman behavior and degeneration of that people....
Btw Gypsies usually have a short lifespan here. To see old Gypsies is pretty rare.

Interesting, when you see other unknown people you can roughly determinate their age, but such thing is relatively imposible for Gypsies especially for their women. For example it's not uncommon that Gypsy person in the same time can pass as 15 and 35, or amplitudes like that. It is weird, but true.
They are also often fat on some weird way, different than fat person of other ethnicities.
