I will go with light brown/medium brown.
This, British Islanders are by far the darkest "Northern Europeans" and I concur darker than many/most central/eastern european groups, such as Polish, balts, russians, Czech, Austrians,Ukranians, etc. at least when It comes to Hair color alone. Very dark hair and light eyes is extremely common anywhere in the Isles, such as daniel radcliffe.

You do have a point (if a little embellished), but Daniel Radcliffe is part-Jewish, so not a good example to use.
Btw, there are lots of Polish immigrants here and I don't find them that much if at all lighter than the British, however different they are in facial traits.

Dutch and Northern germans are mostly blonde, specially dark blonde as adults. Definitely much taller blonder and Nordish looking than your everyday britishmen.

Ethnic people from the baltic states ( not the russian descendants)are also famous for their fair hair. and dark blonde/borderlineblondish-lightbrown is extremely common among czech, polish and western slavic populations, even adults.

Irish and British people are the kings of hair darkening, you can see a lot of groups with mostly blondish toddlers, and their adults almost all with dark brown hair.

I see these people every day and I don't know, I'm so unobservant! I'd guess most common is light to mid brown. Women frequently have a few highlights to make their hair a shade or two lighter without it looking obviously dyed. Natural dark blond is probably not that unusual, but platinum blond is rarer than black and ginger hair I think. I live in the south-west, so maybe people are a bit lighter haired further east.

A lot of people who claim jewish are converted jewish only by religion, doesnt mean they are descendants of ethnic armenoids..

A lot of pure english men have even darker features, such as clive owen, orlando bloom, rowan atkinson or Cheryl cole.

British Islanders are the darkest haired people in northern europe, and darker haired in average than many people in central and western slavic lands. Its always new worlders (usually australians and americans)who try to do everything to reject those claims, but the real british people fairly accept it.

True, but plenty more don't. Take a look at this thread, speaking of actors: http://www.theapricity.com/forum/sho...British-actors
