It doesn't matter. If you are above 175 cm, broad shoulders and a wide jawline, you're masculine. If you don't have any of those features, you're likely going to be effeminate. It depends on the individual, Trump doesn't look masculine either BTW.

I'd say it isn't easy to determine Putin's personality. He's too tricky. Trump on the other hand is a despotic asshole, an object of admiration for teenage losers who want to play tough. If there would be some sort of an apocalypse going on right now, Putin would be more likely to survive - Trump would die immediately.
