Our neighbours are fellow Somalis, not yet adept at even reconciliation betwee themselves and in no direct match or threat to our interests...While Eritrea has a behemoth Ethiopia with a very evil policy towards it (while Ethiopia has a positive policy towards Somaliland). When you have a great fitna like the USA (for the Iranians), Ethiopia (for Eritrea) or Israel (for Gaza)...It is actually better to have a authoritarian government, since liberal ones are more prone to sell out.

Also...the Somalis leaving for Europe, about 40-55% are from actual refugee camps in Ethiopia or Kenya...the rest are internally displaced Somalis. So legit asylum seekers

Eritrean migrants are the scum that you guys are talking about (Cowardly, leaving their functional, peace-time country, because they dont want to get drafted by Afeworki or some other selfish reason.) Alot of the Somalis are also ethnic Eritrean and Ethiopoians who use the Somali passport to obtain refugee status...not strange as I have heard Pakistanis usin Afghan passports for the same reason

Firstly, Somaliland is not a country. Secondly, Somalia is on the worst of the worst list (as usual). Thirdly, no sane person actually believes that you've more civil liberties anywhere in the horn of Africa than in Russia.
