Getting jacked for looks and women is useless ego bs...all training should be functional. Gym is also a scam.
What you need to be fit, do as many sets aas possible (but never till failure):
1) Pull-ups and Chin-ups (for the top back)
2) Diamond Push-ups (for the top/mid chest)
3) Decline Push-ups (for the bottom chest/titties)
4) Bent-over Row (best for the lats, lower back and triceps)
5) squat + shoulder press AND/OR hip thrust (this to improve your performance in the bedroom)
--- do this 3-4 time a week...should not take more than 20-30 min
--Twice a week you do HIIT sprints for 20-30 mins
all this deadlift, bench press nonesense will do more damage to your back and give you that uptight posture and gait that all Gymcels have...
