That's true. It may be a bit more difficult about those who are settled on islands though (and they're a lot), because of the nature of their job which is usually tourism-related. People on islands generally work intensely from April to October but earn a lot and it is expected to send the money in Albania than invest here, but I've lived 4 years in Rhodes and Albanians surely own their homes over there.
aw, c'mon now. sure they would, real life experience proves that.
On a more general note it's good to see that the thread didn't turn into a clusterfuck. And I don't really blame those who tried to bring bad blood speakind ill of my country etc, harsh history and politics created some stereotypes that it's hard to break.
