Do Portuguese look closer to Moroccans or Norwegians?

Moroccans. I mean caucasoid moroccans, which are mediterranid north africans (not mixed race).
Norwegians are mainly nordic people, and it's too far away country from Portugal. Norwegians have more blue eyes and blonde hairs, while Portuguese have more dark hair and dark eyes; plus, as geographic region Portugal is much more near Morocco than Norway, so it's more probably they have Moroccan influence than Norwegian.

I expected to see like no votes for Norway, before I voted there were actually more votes for Norway, wth?!! I would literally never, in a million years, mistake someone from Portugal from someone from Norway, even if the Norwegian were darker or the Portuguese lighter - the same can't be said for many Moroccans.

IMO? Neither.

The answer is neither and the question is dumb, but there would be a very decent amount of Moroccans that could pass here, but like no Norwegians

We also could argue that while most of Portuguese have light skin, Moroccans dont, so Portuguese would be closer to Norwegians

And finishing with such great logic about dark hair and eyes, that also works for example for a lot of ethnicities, not only Portuguese. Spaniards, Greeks, Serbians, Italians, French etc... as most of them are dark haired and eyed, then all of them are closer to Moroccans. Right??

Precisely today I have watched a program in the tv about some Spaniards living in Lisboa. A Spanish man said that Portuguese behave like Spaniards did 40 years ago, not like now. He said Portuguese behave educated etc etc

I know you did not mean about this... but I doubt Portuguese (conservative people) are morally similar than Norwegians, who seem quite degenerated just like their Swede brothers.
Of course I know you meant both Portuguese and Norwegians have a Western mentality, whatever this means.

Well, Moroccans are Islamic and many of them believe in ideas like 'apostasy should be a criminal offence' or 'people from different families of the opposite gender need to be married to live under the same roof'. I think Portuguese are even less alike to Moroccans in that regard. Not to mention how male circumcision is the norm in Morocco and how pork isn't available, alcohol is widely a taboo. Etc...

Sure, culturally Norwegians and Portuguese are miles apart. Within Europe alone perhaps also ethically. On a global scale, however, that gap is relatively smaller.
