I would add
- compulsory university studies to 23 years of age (no one can enter work force before this age)
- compulsory military service for six months
- heavily regulated banking and banks owned by tax payers (no interest charged on loans)
- very loose technological and military advancement
- consumerism to be frowned upon
- foreign investment from Britain, USA, China, India and everywhere else permanently banned

Why should everybody be forced to go to university? Majority are not clever enough, would be a huge drain on finances , and is simply not needed for most jobs. We need factory workers etc, not just engineerrs and doctors....
