He certainly looks Irish, but he seems to have a very compressed face/head.. Like, his forehead looked really short to me, and his face in the other pic with sunglasses gave me a sort of "North African" vibe. A pseudo(?) ginger-albino negroid vibe. And looking at his features closely in that other photo, I could see that he could probably go unnoticed, but still looks atypical if closely observed.
