No idea. But if I was forced to choose one of these so-called "delicacies" I'd go for the tuna eye. It is the least creepy of the lot. Tuna is quite nice. I'd just have to get past the texture of the eyeball.

How is maggot cheese not in this?

Edit: Or Snake wine, which to me is creepier than mouse wine.

Alfieb, how could you choose bull's balls and pig brain?! :puke:

I'd go for snake wine before mouse wine.

I'd preferably have none of them, but if it was a life or death situation, then snake wine.

I could never eat an animal's head.

Brain matter probably easier than an eye or a face.

Bull balls are common in America (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Mountain_oysters), although I've never eaten them.

I don't like that sheep's head it boiled. If it was roasted it would be better.

When I was small our neighbour cooked sheep's head. She always gave me the jaw bones afterwards to play with.

I remember a story about a Chinese restaurant selling a chicken-and-egg dish under the name "Mother and Child Reunion", which wound up being used as the name of a song.

That's where I realized that not everyone shares my values.

Yes! Yin-Yang Fish.

They fry half of it while the other half of the fish is alive and moving.
