You should not do,

* All black - you look like an emo or obviously have dyed your hair.

* All blonde - it looks tacky and too common.

* Any kind of red, auburn, purple etc. - shows that you're crazy.

* Any of the colors of the rainbow (I have seen grown women in those colors) - Unless you're in a Japanese band or something - no.
