Carla Mendonça (born 1964 in Coventry, England) is an English actress. Her mother (English) and father (Portuguese) were both professional ballet dancers.

I didn't say she's actually French.
I just said that she has a French vibe.
It is not strange mixture of British/Iberian phenotype person looks like a French.
Actually dark British people look more French than Iberian.

She looks like Kelto-Atlantid. I have seen many French women who look like her exactly.
Though somwhow she'd fit Britain, Iberian peninsula also.
It means she can fit any Western European countries.
