Despite being fair he still looks Levantine and not Euro it's easy to see he is of Middle Eastern background. For example I am brown but look more like an Emirati then to an Indian for example.

This quite funny coming from an Afghan, who has more of a genetic, cultural and phenotypic relationship with Indians than I ever will. There is nothing wrong with being Indian, one of the earliest civilization, sorry I don't take it as offensive.

Not at all. he looks very pan european CM individual. He is a plain Borreby with some alpine. Can easily pass as German and even as Scandinavian. Looks common among white americans.

I dont think you look much at all middle eastern. But I do not think this guy looks typical Levantine either. He has to be admixed with western european or something.
