Podkarpackie voivodeship the most (South-Eastern part of Poland), but he wouldn't be typical by any means. Would be very atypical in Central/Northern Poland.

He was born in Zagreb, it is a typical croatian surname.

No. Some of these surnames and that llike Bosnic are shared by all three groups. Surname Bosnjak is mostly shared by Croats and Serbs for example and the same is with the surname Bosancic I think. The genesis of these surnames is probably hard to explain.

yes, wife of foodballer Luka Modric is called Vanja Bosnić.

I just googled, his father Srećko was also born in Croatia near city of Glina.
