The Nordic toy manufactures Toys R Us and BR have released a christmas catalogue in their respective countries which "challenge gender roles".

A whole catalogue here.

The pictures are quite harmless as I see it (it's not like they dress boys in dresses or anything like that), but nevertheless it was a firestarter.

Pia Adelsteen from the Danish People's Party says it's pervert.

And In Sweden, many people are upset as well, and many swedish comments say they will to boycott the companies.

Opinions?

My opinion is that I wonder why commercial companies of toys shall follow a dogma of a class of fringe journalists and leftists politicians. Considering how many that get upset it can backfire and make them lose some profit for this year's christmas shopping.
