He's from Poland but I don't know which region. Southern Poland seems likely as he's ski/snowboard trainer but his surname rather is not ''Góral'' or generally Lesser Polish one but noted in these regions.

He seem rather difficult case, but I would say Dinaricised-Nordpontid with Alpino-Westbaltid influence. Doesn't strike me as Lesser Polska looking and Slovenians does not look similar to Krakowians, even though there's overlap.

He has neutral look for many countries I think.
