It makes sense, he doesnt look med to me nor as an Iberian, he shows some northern cormagnid type traits but he is also swarty and there's something in his eyes, this non european vibe, so it should be the native american influence.

Greek maybe, middle eastern is a no no, IMHO, there is clearly straightforward western vibe in him, in other words he looks like a gringo with something else that pigmentes him, and that should be the amerind , so it makes sense to me.

Put him on an squared shirt some jeans, all terrain boots and a baseball cap and get him on a truck and he passes as any of those red necks truck drivers very easily.
