We have the same Viking cartoon here, but Nemi seems a national peculiarity. There were lots of graphic novels of her for sale in the shops. Is she popular? :p

Good old Hagar the Horrible. Remember the Skol beer commercials with Hagar? The waiter brings him and his wife their drinks and asks him "Who's the Big Pink Fairy?" meaning who ordered the umbrella drink? So Hagar bashes him over the head with his club. :thumb001:

I don't like Nemi so much. Most strips involve Nemi sitting drinking in a bar, when some oh-so-boring, square, regular, 9-to-5 person comes along and says something/anything, which leads Nemi to fantasize about mauling her with a chainsaw, or throwing her off a cliff or whatever. Gets old after a while.

You know how in forums some female members sometimes have fantasy art pictures of very beautiful, busty and curvaceous women as avatars?

I think we have a related phenomenon here:
