The first guy is textbook Irano-nordoid. Second guy looks Irano-Cromagnoid with nordoid tendency and third guy looks Irano-Nordoid/Irano-Cromagnoid with some sort of mongoliform tendency. The Lebanese gangster shows some similarities with the second guy. Hence I would classify the Lebo gangster as Irano-Cromagnoid leaning towards Irano-Nordoid. He is too light and nordiform to be considered as just mainly Iranid. The Nordoid tendency is obvious, not strong as in the examples you posted but still visible.

This is how a classic Iranid looks like, the Lebo gangster is clearly shifted towards Irano-Nordoid/Irano-Cromagnoid:
