Not sure about that but it might be that posts in Arcade subforum doesn't count as "post count". I don't know about the other two posts though.

"ArcadeMaster" is obviously some kind of bot that reports new high scores in the Arcade, therefore not a real user.

We all wish it was a real user who is actually the girl on the avatar, but oh well...
