I think, the Russians do not have armed drones, so this is easy. But if it will be for them...

There should be a huge push to outlaw drones and robot warriors.

This is exclusively the evidence of the Russian lag. The next countries bought combat drones on the last month:

Dutch ministry of Defence buys 4 MQ-9 Reaper drones. (http://www.aviationnews.eu/2013/11/21/dutch-military-buys-4-mq-9-reaper-drones/)

The problem with it obvious is, you will just send drones whenever the hell you want with no real cost to yourself. Meaning there will be neverending warfare on some level.

The idea of terminator type machines is 1000x worse. At that point, governments will just do whatever the hell they want, even to their own people. No one on earth seems concerned....

Yep in the past leaders would send off soldiers of families they did not care for. Now they can send robot alleviating any guilt, backlash, etc.

This is the future of warfare and there is nothing much we can do about it. But the amount of apathy the american people have towards drone killings in the middle east targeting civilians, sometimes even american citizens ,in countries they are not at war is disheartening.

Poor outlaws, the survival chances of the state's enemies decrease...

The governments did anything yesterday. Nothing changed at all.
