I feel like I've never seen someone who is completely NW European on the admixture tests. For example, most people score a few points in South Asian, Southwest Asian, Siberian, or African. Anyone with zero noise/fully NW European components post your results.

On 23&me I am, which is based on where my ancestors were 500 years ago. That is, if I understand it correctly.
About 96% Finnish, 1% East European, and about 3% north European....if I recall correctly.
However on Gedmatch, I have Siberian and Saami as well.

23andMe is less accurate, because its components cover other ancestry and it selects reference samples from userbase who then show 100% one component - e.g. a South Italian may show 100% Italian but still have lots of Levantine "East Med" type ancestry hidden and in Gedmatch it will show.
Same is of course true of FTDNA's population finder, which shows me as 100% European.
