His eyes are Mexican(mestizo type). Those are not West African eyes. Most half Black/half Mexicans look racially ambiguous, but some look more Black and you have to 'spot the features'.

I had heard that he was half Mexican before, but I found it rather surprising. Most other African-American and Mexican mixes I've seen (like the singer Miguel who someone else mentioned) tend to reflect both ancestries. As far as I can tell, though, Kid Cudi has none (or very little) of the European and Native American influence you would expect from someone of half Mexican Ancestry.
