Cromagniform(slightly reduced) Iranio-Nordoid with obvious taurid(rather armenoid) influence which is obvious in his profile picture. Could pass in Europe as Atlanto-Nordid with Cromagno-Alpinoid component and obvious taurid influence. I would place him in France.

There isnt anything on his facebook, But the fact that he is born in Utrecht and looks very northwestern should ring a bell. His forehead/hairline gives it away.
