We already witnessed a similar thread involving two Prime Ministers of the Balkans as the previous thread's OP was trying to defend a pointless argument

In this case I would like you to compare Sali Berisha(true ethnic albanian coming from northern highlands) and Boris Tadic(ethnic serb), both Prime Ministers of their respective countries during a specific period of time.

As in the previous case, I'd like your judgement on who shows the most european features, therefore who is more European.
