Slatkis can be anything,while kolaci is both baklava and suhi kolaci

In Macedonia it's the same, though the second might be something else, we call them sheqerpare, don't know if it's the same.

In serbia they are used interchangeably though I want to say we reserve kolaci for baked things.

Don't eat much sweets, but I do love our cookies n cream ice cream.

We have a habit of combining a lot of stuff to make it extra delicious, and thats why we're fat.

No, it's really nothing like halva, just looks a bit similar.

It is,just regionall differences,bosnian halva doesnt look like your normal arab or turkish halva either,but it still is

and even its name says it comes from halva(howl)
