View Full Version : A MONUMENT TO OUR SINS

We choke the sky with poison fumes and make the oceans sick from toxic waste, put plastic in the ground that will linger there in the dirt for millennia, cut down 200 hundred year old oaks and plant small, frail pine trees in their place, or better yet, just leave a barren swath of a wasteland of mud and stumps.

Untold thousands of species lose their habitats and wander off to die from hunger and disease in the wake of reckless human greed. The scenery in every city is complemented by clouds of smog and sickly fogs that settle in the streets and the alleys, with towering columns of black smoke rising in the distance.

Are you pleased with yourselves, are you happy?

Keep up the good work bro. But it's gonna take more than that, like killing off most of the worlds population.

For earth to heal we must perish.

Well, let's put this way; if there was a way of killing all humans on earth, i'll do it. :)

Total misconception here so regardless of our actions the world will heal; it might be so long in the future that we as a species will have parishes but yeah the earth will heal.

Secondly the world's population is not the problem its the fact that the average American's carbon footprint is equal to 20 third worlder people; we can support I imagine another 2 billion but not if everyone wants our standard of living or even the Western European/Chinese standard.

Finally our personal choices equal to less than 20% of the ecological damage being done; its the nation building, Big Ag, Mass Car/Plane centric transport that takes the majority of the blame so placing the consumer in the spotlight is greatly irresponsible.

People here dwell on racism, anthropology, women's rights, just meaningless human social problems, and all this other petty bullshit, all while the Earth is choking in her last breaths.

Racism and Sexism is ultimately based on resources, the root of hierarchy is resource control, all these things are interconnected.

You really confuse me... I don't either but the idea of killing off humanity for the earth is drastic, and in God's hands. To wish that upon people is a little crazy for a guy who is STILL breathing, you know? Not to offend you... but you see what I mean?

I'm not alive, i'm actually dead. I have Cotard's syndrome, was diagnosed with it when I was 9, once that I almost drowned. Anyway, I think I would let you live, you're cool and someone needs to take care of the little bugs that will remain alive, so rest assured bro.

I tend to look at both sides of the case.
