He has quite peculiar features. He kind of reminds me of Jeff Goldblum (not really, kind of)..Any classifications are appreciated

Is he Jewish?
He reminds me of Patrick Balkany, a Hungarian Jew (and a close friend of Mr. Sarkozy of course), mayor of Parisian suburbian city Levallois, famous as being France's most unscrupulously corrupt politician:

Thanks everyone. He's a Lebanese comedian called Mario Bassil. Christian, don't believe he has Jewish roots but who knows.

Don't think he could be purely East Med? His nose also doesn't look very Armenoid.

I truly don't know but most likely yes.

To be perfectly honest he reminds me of a few Jewish-Arab mixes I've seen. He has a classical Akzhenazi look but his features are somewhat "iffy". Unlike most Lebanese, including Muslims, he couldn't even pass as an atypical European.
