Does anyone know anything about J-L210? Is it known as something else ? Any info would be great, national geo says it comes from M67 but that little is known about L210.

Pin-map of the J-L210*(?) haplotypes: http://www.semargl.me/en/dna/ydna/haplotypes/maps/312/
the L210+ Z489+ haplotypes: http://www.semargl.me/en/dna/ydna/haplotypes/maps/257/ (cluster A) and http://www.semargl.me/en/dna/ydna/haplotypes/maps/315/ (cluster B)
That's what I found. Don't be mislead by the pins in the Central-Eastern Europe, many have Jewish names and surnames.

J-L210 is a tough one to find. I got the exact same result - I'll have to test for sub clads. My family is from Ireland, and we can trace them back there a few hundred years directly (indirectly, much further back). From what I can gather, the current going theory is that they entered the British Isles along with I2/I1b in the late neolithic/early copper age as the result of a relatively small, focused migration of specialized copper miners from the Balkans. I'd wager your ancestors lived in the migration path between the Balkans and the British Isles.

I'd be interested to know where your Patrilinear ancestors were from.
