I came across his picture on a other forum. Does he look German to you? He doesnt look typically German to me (Black Hair, Hairy Arms and Chest, Olive Skin)

He looks very southern German. If you gave him a lighter pigmentation he would fit in pretty much anywhere in Germany, I'm thinking. Just dye his hair and maybe some light contacts.

I have seen germans like that even darker. Germany, since is a central european country and relatively big one, has all kind of European Phenotypes, none of them particularly "new".
