Hallstatt Nordid / Keltic Nordid blend I reckon.

Close resemblance to this Australian actor (Geoffrey Rush). I had to make sure whether you posted the right one - it must be British thing of both. In face shape & nose they are particularly similar to each other.
Facial expressions also related.

Hallstatt Nordid / Keltic Nordid blend I reckon.

Keltic Nordid + Brünn-inspired Anglo-Saxon. Could fit in here quite easily also. North Sea facade stronk. :cool:
