It can give that effect because many amerindian subtypes (including this one to some extent) have quite a progressive look. It's a pseudo-caucasian look. She doesn't differ much from the Andid examples I posted.

Probably some intermixture with Vikings, and later Europeans?. I read that sometimes the NA Indians would attack White settlement, and often taking European females as slaves or prisoners, a tatic that they learned from the Europeans. maybe This why some Native Americans show European mtDNA.

No I don't think there is any admixture from Europeans. They've just developed those features because of a similar environment and probably a healthy protein rich diet as well. That's a silvid phenotype.

Those traits are not only found in europe. Europe, middle east, south asia, native americans, horn africans, etc. can all exhibit those traits. Pretty much everwhere but east asia and west africa. But no one is saying native americans always resemble east asians.
