Maybe it's the photo, but the out of place is not only pigmentation, are the facial features.

Yep, I agree, but still some phenotype are not so common in our country, for example, If a man of Pontid phenotype appeared in my hometown, I would know that he is a foreigner

Probably more to do with pigmentation than features, but both overall. Regarding features the pic thing is meaningless to me. What is important is how I perceive people irl.

Ofcourse there are, but there are probably s lot more of them in Wales or Britain, combined with his features = atypical.
To me atypcal=can't pass=would probably thought of him/her as foreigner.

In most situations, people will think he's a tourist. His facial features are atypical here, to say the least, the combo of the facial features + his lighter pigmentation and light hair/eyes screams foreigner as in from the North or the East.
