Nah, probably just Italian. From Naples.

He's seems to be a textbook Berid on the heavy side of course.

Don't know his ancestry , biographies just say he was born in Naples in 1960 and nothing else.

I think the reason they look similar is not because they are both gypsies

but because they are both fat.

He's not that far removed from Henri Paul, the driver of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed. Though of course, he is much fatter.

Their eye-shape, forehead widths, nose shapes all seem quite similar.

Not really. Head/skull shape, and also the stubby nose. That doesn't have anything to do with fat.

Would say pred. Alpinid a perhaps minor deviation that keeps me from saying textbook Alpinid is that he seems planoccipital. However this could also be caused by the thick neck hiding the rounding of the skullprofile.
